This message announces the recipients of the General Douglas MacArthur
Leadership Award for CY25. The General Douglas MacArthur Leadership
Award recognizes company grade officers and warrant officers who
exemplify the ideals for which General MacArthur stood; Duty, Honor, and
Country and promotes and sustains effective junior officer leadership
