1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 Mar 27.

2. Policy:

a.
The selection board will convene on or about 13 Jul 26 to consider
eligible Majors (MAJ) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to
LTC.  The board will recess on or about 17 Jul 26.  Selective
Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of the FY26
LTC JAGC PSB to consider those officers two or more times non-selected
for promotion as a result of the boards.  Officers eligible for
consideration have the following grade entry dates (GED):
