The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has awarded the Joint
Meritorious Unit Award (JMUA) to the Headquarters, Special Operations
Command South (SOCSOUTH), for exceptionally meritorious service during
the period 1 June 2022 to 30 June 2025. This award is for the
headquarters only. Service units and individuals assigned to Service
units in support of this organization are not eligible for this award.
