1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 April 2026.
2. A
Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Selection Board will convene
9-13 June 2025 to consider officers and civilians for assignment as
part of the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Centralized Selection List
(CSL) Command/Key Billet designated positions projected for FY27.
Eligible officers include promotable Lieutenant Colonels (LTCs) and
Colonels (COLs) in the Regular Army, United States Army Reserve (USAR)
Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and non-AGR Troop Program Unit (TPU) &
Individual Mobilized Augmentee (IMA), and Army National Guard of the
United States (ARNGUS) Title 10 AGR officers with dates of rank as noted
in paragraph 4.
a. If FY25 COL Promotion Selection Board
results are not published prior to the FY27 CSL Board, all eligible
officers for the FY25 COL PSB will be considered as eligible Officers
for the FY27 COL/GS-15 CSL Board. Following FY25 COL PSB results
publication, any Officers not selected for promotion will be removed
from FY27 COL/GS-15 CSL eligible population.
