SPECIAL INFORMATION
Applicants must be eligible to complete 20 years of Active Federal Service before their
MRD or Age 60.
• Soldier must be MOS Qualified or eligible to attend MOS-T course within 1 year of hire.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all selection criteria IAW NGR 601-1,
NGR 600-200, NGR 600-5, AR 600-60, AR 40-501, AR 600-8-2 and AR 135-18.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties as the Human Resources Sergeant for the 29th Infantry
Division. Initiates and reviews IPPS-A transactions such assignments,
transfers, record updates. Lead the monthly awards board to advise the
CG and process awards within IPPS-A IAW AR 600-8-22. Processing
personnel and administrative documents in the Interactive Personnel
Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS). Track records reviews, DD
93s, SOES, DA 5960s for the Division to ensure we are compliant.
Conducts thorough reviews of all personnel packets to ensure accuracy
and completeness before submission to avoid delays via CRM Ticket.
Become Rapids VO certified in order to run the DEERS machine for the
Division.

2. Copies of last five consecutive NCOERs and all DA Form 1059s.
Enlisted personnel that do not have five NCOERs must submit a letter of
recommendation form the first O3 in their chain of command.
3. Current Certified or Validated copy of Enlisted Record Brief (ERB).
4. Current Medical Protection System Individual Medical Readiness (IMR)
Record accessible through MODS, dated within the last 12 months to be
valid.
5. Last 3 years of DTMS ACFT history or DA Form 705 cards and DTMS HT/WT
history printout or DA Form 5500/5501 (include all DA Forms 3349 if
applicable). IPPS-A screen shots of APFT and HT/WT information are
authorized.
6. Documentation to support all periods of duty/service creditable for
retirement. Any of the following may be used DD Form 214, DA Form 1506
or NGB Forms 23A/23B.
7. Any additional information the applicant may wish to submit for
consideration (i.e., Letters of Recommendation, awards, certificates,
degrees, etc.).
