announces the procedures for fixed-wing qualified Army Aviation (AV)
Commissioned Officers (CO) and Warrant Officers (WO) in select Year
Groups (YG) to request a voluntary reassignment. Applicants will have
the opportunity to select a rotary wing aircraft qualification with a
subsequent assignment to a Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB).
