PURPOSE: To announce authorization to award the Armed Forces
Expeditionary Campaign Streamer for Operations Joint Endeavor, Joint
Guard, and Joint Forge in Bosnia-Herzegovina for the period 20 November
1995 through 23 March 1999. These historically significant operations
involved the deployment of substantial Army forces in a combat posture
for an extended period of time.
