1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 15 Jul 27.
2. Paragraph 10.e has been amended to clarify the Board Support Team does not have access to systems that update the board file, IPPS-A, or the Soldier Talent Profile (STP). The DA Secretariat will need to synchronize the board file to your iPERMS record after updates/changes are made to your iPERMS Performance folder.
3. All other guidance addressed in the original MILPER messages remain unchanged.
