Position
INSTRUCTOR, maximum authorized grade SSG/E6, MOS 11B. The position is with the 154th RTI at Camp Shelby, Mississippi.
Who May Apply
Applicants must be current members of the Mississippi National Guard. The announced grade range is SGT/E5 promotable through SSG/E6.
Application Requirements
- Security clearance verification letter.
- Last three NCOERs.
- Current Soldier Talent Profile (STP).
- NGB Form 34-1.
- Current passing DA Form 705 dated within 14 months.
Position Compatibility and Minimum Requirements
- Compatible MOS is 11B.
- Applicants must meet Army fitness and body-composition requirements and possess the required security clearance.
- Applicants must not be flagged.
- Applicants must be 11B qualified, or if 11C qualified must become 11B qualified within 12 months.
- Applicants must be SGT/E5 promotable or SSG/E6.
- The selected Soldier must become instructor qualified within 12 months.
Brief Job Description
The instructor supervises and guides learning, assesses student performance, conducts remedial training as required, and manages classroom instruction.
