Eligibility and application notes
The official announcement says applicants must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance. The minimum grade is E4/SPC with BLC complete, and applicants are not required to already hold MOS 79T when applying. Area I covers MTARNG AGR Soldiers beyond their initial 18-month stabilization; Area II covers current MTARNG members, including qualifying OTOT Soldiers and AGRs in initial stabilization; Area III covers Soldiers eligible to become MTARNG members.
