1. DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF NOV 21 AC/USAR AGR ENLISTED PROMOTIONS
(SGT-SGM). From HRC Enlisted Promotions: Currently, HRC Enlisted
Promotions has received new guidance on the monthly requirements for
promotions. While we make some adjustments to our monthly processes, we
will not be able to publish the 1 November 2021 monthly by name, OML,
and cutoff scores to the HRC Website on or about the 15th of the month.
We expect to publish all lists on or about 29 October 2021. Soldiers
who are selected for 1 November 2021 and meet all the eligibility

2. ARMY TALENT ALIGNMENT PROCESS (ATAP) USER AGREEMENT. From the Army
