1. This MILPER message will expire one year from publication.
2. The following personnel have been activated from FY26 420T Selection Panel OML. These activated personnel will attend WOCS in August/September if necessary and training for the 420T Warrant Officer Basic Course. Upon successful completion of training, the identified personnel will be awarded MOS 420T.
3. Prior to training, all activated candidates must be cleared for assignment to USAREC through a Recruiting Candidate Assessment (RCA) IAW AR 601-1, App. B (updated May 2023). These evaluations should be requested first through a candidate’s local Military Behavioral Health Clinic. The USAREC Office of the Command Psychologist (OCP) will coordinate directly with candidates to validate completion and results of these assessments, and to help coordinate RCAs for candidates whose local clinics are unable to support the RCA requirement. If candidates are unable to schedule an RCA at their local clinic within 10 days of receipt of notification, they should contact OCP for assistance at usarmy.knox.usarec.mbx.hq-ocp-consultation@army.mil.
4. The personnel identified below have been or will be directly contacted following the release of this MILPER and provided with administrative information for MOS specific training and initial follow-on assignment.
