1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 3 April 2027.
2. The Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) will consider eligible Active Component Colonels (COL) and promotable Lieutenant Colonels (LTC), eligible Army Medical (AMEDD) officers, eligible Reserve and National Guard in the rank of COL or LTCs eligible for promotion, and eligible civilians for assignment to AAC COL/GS-15 Centralized Selection List (CSL) command/key billets for Fiscal Year 2028 / CSL28 (1 October 2027 – 30 September 2028).
