1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 5 Jun 26.

2. Policy:

a. The selection board will convene on or about 4 Aug 25 to consider eligible Captains (CPT) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to MAJ.  The board will recess on or about 8 Aug 25.  Officers eligible for consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):
