HQDA (DAPE-MPA), policy proponent office for HOR has advised that an update to MILPER 25-222 is under development to address "steps after approval of PAR" to change HOR in IPPS-A and on official documents that reside in iPERMS. 2. UPDATE TO EXCEPTION TO POLICY (ETP) TO AR 614-200, CHAPTER 8, FOR FROCKING OF SERGEANT FIRST CLASS (SFC) TO FIRST SERGEANT (1SG), 28 MAY 25. Memo from the DMPM, Army G-1: An exception to policy to AR 614-200, chapter 8, section IV, is approved. A commander (COL/O6 and above) may authorize Regular Army (RA) Soldiers in the rank of SFC to be frocked to 1SG and to wear the 1SG rank upon assignment/slotting to an authorized 1SG position within their command. Frocking of SFC to 1SG does not apply to United States Army Reserve (USAR) personnel. Frocking or appointment of USAR SFC to 1SG based on previous ETPs remains valid until the Soldier is promoted to MSG or the Soldier is released from 1SG duties. Frocking will be announced by Integrated Pay and Personnel System-Army (IPPS-A) Personnel Action Request (PAR). provide notice that AR 25-2, Army Cybersecurity, is being revised to
include new capability requirements. The ATCTS will sunset and
capabilities will transition to alternative systems and processes. The
current process to review documentation and training completion for
access to the DODIN-A network access through ATCTS ended on 30 April
2025. Starting 1 May 2025, all DODIN-A network users will use the new
