The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has awarded the Joint Meritorious Unit Award (JMUA) to Headquarters, United States Africa Command, for exceptionally meritorious service during the period 24 May 2023 to 15 September 2024. This award is for the headquarters only. Service units and individuals assigned to Service units in support of this organization are not eligible for this award.
