     i. MILPER MESSAGE 25-182, REGULAR ARMY RECLASSIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR MOS 15E (TACTICAL UAS REPAIRER) AND MOS 15W (TACTICAL UAS OPERATOR), ISSUED: [14 MAY 25]. The immediate divestment of RQ-7 Shadow systems in Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs), Combat Aviation Brigades (CABs), and Special Operations Forces (SOF) creates an equipment and training gap for tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 15E/W personnel until the initial fielding of Future Tactical UAS (FTUAS) in BCT and SOF formations. As a result, Human Resources Command (HRC) is seeking MOS 15E/W volunteers to reclassify into shortage MOSs. Effective immediately, HRC is accepting voluntary reclassification requests. Soldiers currently serving in Primary MOS (PMOS) 15E/W are encouraged to volunteer for reclassification into shortage MOSs. This is also an opportunity for Soldiers serving in MOS 15E/W to remain within CMF15 to continue professional growth and development in the Aviation community. https://actnow.army.mil/forums/html/topic?id=969c8d76-b8fa-431e-bdf3-a5858a1aff1e
