1. COVID-19 BOOSTER REPORT 
ADDED TO THE MODS MEDICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM (MEDPROS). From OTSG: The 
COVID-19 Booster Report is now available under the MEDPROS 
‘Immunizations’ tab.  This report provides users with visibility of 
Soldiers’ and Units’ Series Complete Date, Booster Date, Booster Type 
and the total number of COVID-19 doses received. Report filters that 
will permit users to select a specific component population are

2. UPDATED COVID-19 AUTHORITIES AND FRAGO REFERENCE GUIDE, DATED 28

5. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGES. 
     a. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-11, UPDATING ADARS PAY CONTROL 
MAINTENANCE (PCM) MODULE. This message is to remind Unit Pay 
Administrators (UPA) to update the “Unit Admin eMail” field in the ADARS
 Pay Control Maintenance (PCM) Module of the Resource Management module

     b. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-12, VETERAN'S ADMINISTRATION 
DISABILITY COMPENSATION (VA DC) WAIVER GUIDANCE. The purpose of this

6. FY22 USAR SELECTED RESERVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM (SRIP) CHANGE 2, EFF 3 
MAY 2022. The intent of the yearly Selected Reserve Incentive Program 
(SRIP) policy of the USAR is to support leadership in meeting end 
strength, readiness, and force balancing objectives. It provides 
recruiting and retention incentives to assist in filling critical 
shortages. FY22 SRIP Change 2 is effective 3 May and any prior policy 
will be taken offline and contracts will be able to be written against

 22. The purpose of this message is to announce a forthcoming Army 
Directive, changes for the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) Commander’s 
Critical Information Report (CCIR) and announce forthcoming policy 
changes relating to the accountability and reporting of lost, stolen, 
and recovered arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E). Headquarters,
 Department of the Army (HQDA) is increasing the speed/timeliness and 
accuracy of the status of lost, stolen, or missing weapons and munitions
 by establishing a live feed dashboard to inform Army leaders. The 
forthcoming changes to the reporting requirements will be outlined in an
 Army Directive and are designed to feed the HQDA dashboard and provide
