Fellow Soldiers,

I know your time is valuable, but this survey is important.
I’m asking you to take about 10 minutes to give us your honest opinion about the quality of the New Soldiers we’re sending you from Basic Combat Training (BCT), Advanced Individual Training (AIT), and One Station Unit Training (OSUT).
Our mission is to prepare the future fighting force of this Nation; your input is vital to our success.

The U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) conducts this survey every year, and we act on the information you provide. This is your opportunity to let us know if our actions are meeting your expectations. Based on past survey feedback you provided, we have made training physically and mentally tougher, increased discipline, re-emphasized shoot, move, communicate and protect/survive, and added more realistic field training exercises. Additionally, we are holding recruits to higher physical fitness standards.

Fellow Soldiers,

Does the Army produce physically fit Soldiers with the mental fortitude and tactical proficiency to prevail in combat?

Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills (WTBDs) are the fundamental combat skills trained to ALL Soldiers.
The New Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) and Holistic Health and Fitness program (H2F) provide the critical tools necessary to assess and optimize Soldier performance.

As the proponent for WTBD, H2F, and ACFT, the United States Army Center for Initial Military Training conducts this survey every year.
We need to determine what the WTBDs should be, and whether we’re preparing our Soldiers to execute them. As the operational environment evolves, and our adversaries become more sophisticated and lethal, so too must the way we physically train, condition, and test our Soldiers.

Your input in this process is vital.

Time is running out to impact National Guard policy

The strength of our military comes from the people who serve.  We must remain focused on reinforcing positive, constructive behaviors while eliminating behaviors that threaten our readiness or our ability to act as a unified, lethal fighting force.  Ensuring our formations and military community are free from sexual harassment, sexual assault, and gender discrimination is vital.

To support our efforts in protecting the health and well-being of all who serve, I am writing to remind you to take the congressionally-mandated Workplace and Gender Relations Survey.

To take the survey:

2.  Your unique Ticket Number:  SENT TO YOUR @ARMY.MIL
3.  To have your voice heard we need your response by January 31st
