1.  This message will expire NLT 30 September 2027 and supersedes 25-112, issued 1 April 2025. MILPER Message 25-112 has been REVOKED.


2.  Purpose: This message solicits applications from qualified Regular Army (RA), CMF 68 series, enlisted personnel to apply for the FY 2027 AMEDD Pharmacist Health Professionals Scholarship Program (HPSP) to become an U.S. Army Pharmacist (67E). The 67E HPSP provides eligible Regular Army enlisted Soldiers with the opportunity to apply for and complete up to a four-year PharmD program to become a Regular Army Pharmacist (67E). Applicants will work with an Army Medical (AMEDD) recruiter to assist with packet submission. To locate an AMEDD recruiter, visit

3.  Selection Process: Health Services Division (HSD) Accessions will convene a competitive accession board O/A 9 March 2027 to consider qualified applicants for selection and accession into the 4-year 67E HPSP.
