The FY26 Regular Army (RA)/United States Army Reserve (USAR) Active
Guard Reserve (AGR) Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) MSG
Evaluation Board evaluated all noncommissioned officers (NCOs) in the
zone of consideration IAW reference D. An alphabetical listing of all
NCOs found Fully Qualified (FQ) by the board will be posted to the Human
Resources Command (HRC) website for commanders, Soldiers and human
resource users to download on 17 Jun 26. The HRC website is the primary
resource for retrieving this information. NCOs established as Not Fully
Qualified (NFQ) by the board will not be included in this listing. All
NCOs established as Most Qualified (MQ) will be distinctly annotated on
the list.
3. All NCOs evaluated by this board (MQ, FQ, NFQ
and NFQ-R) will be able to view their individual OML standing in iPPS-A.
The OML standing informs each member of their individual ranking
compared to the number of records in their Career Progression Military
Occupational Specialty (CPMOS). Access to individual OML standings in
iPPS-A will be made available on or about 18 Jun 26 in the promotion
point tile.
