For example: I created three UDLs. I cannot find a way for someone else to add/remove User IDs in the UDLs after I PCS. MISSING VACANCIES. “IPPS-A, through the HRAR, generates the Unfilled Positions/Vacancies. When we use Manage Assignments to slot Soldiers into positions, sometimes the Position search does not populate with all of the Unfilled Positions that are on the HRAR. Does anyone know why this is/how to get around it?
