2. HRC G1/S1 TOUCHPOINT AS OF 20230412. The HRC - G1/S1 touchpoint was 
initiated to provide a platform for G1/S1’s to directly communicate with
 Human Resources Command (HRC) professionals and the Functional 
Management Division IPPS-A team (FMD). This forum facilitates the 
opportunity for G1/S1's to gain shared understanding of concerns and 
provide feedback on issues/trends experienced since the launch of IPPS-A

5. NON-DEPLOYABLE REPORT AS OF EOM MAR 23. From the Army G-1:  As of EoM
 Mar 23, ~70.4K or ~7.3% of the Total Army was considered 
Non-Deployable; Army Non-Deployable rate increased by ~0.6% from Nov 22.

6. IPPS-A QUESTIONS. (Please assist if you can.)
     a. WORKFLOW & UDL MODIFICATIONS. “Has anyone found a way to 
modify a Workflow or UDL by a user that is not the creator? For example:
 I created three UDLs. I cannot find a way for someone else to 
add/remove User IDs in the UDLs after I PCS. Essentially someone within

     b. MISSING VACANCIES. “IPPS-A, through the HRAR, generates the 
Unfilled Positions/Vacancies. When we use Manage Assignments to slot 
Soldiers into positions, sometimes the Position search does not populate
 with all of the Unfilled Positions that are on the HRAR. Does anyone 
know why this is/how to get around it? We should have multiple openings 
in a UIC, but when we try to transfer Soldiers in, it will only show one

     c. MANAGING SOLDIERS IN A DERIVATIVE UIC.  “I am trying to find out
 about all of the Soldiers that where sitting on our MOB TDA where all 
moved to a W0J3AA UIC along with other Soldiers that do not belong to 
us, and we can't manage actions in that UIC. Can I attach them to our RA
 UIC instead in order to manage them? I am asking to make sure by doing

ACCOUNTABILITY. 24 MAR 23. This directive revises Army policy and 
procedures for reporting arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E) 
loss incidents. It prescribes the use of a new automated form to track 
and report lost, stolen, or missing weapons and munitions to Army senior
