1. FRAGO 1 TO HQDA EXORD
153-22 ARMY COMBAT FITNESS TEST (ACFT), DTG: 182052Z Jul 22. FRAGO 1
provides notice on publication of the new DA form 705-test (ACFT
scorecard / published 01 April 2022); guidance on entering ACFT
performance data into DTMS; instructions for E-4 and E-5 authorization
to take an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) to establish promotion
points, upgrading ACFT diagnostic scores to record ACFT, and actions to
take in DTMS following the removal of a suspension of favorable actions
(FLAG) as the result of passing a diagnostic ACFT; and final disposition
of unit level retained diagnostic ACFT records prior to 01 April 2022.

a. 3.B.7.A. [ADD] Diagnostic ACFT results must be entered into DTMS
for RA/USAR (AGR) during the period between 01 April 2022 and 30
September 2022, and RC (less USAR (AGR)) during the period between 01
April 2022 and 31 March 2023. After these periods of time, recording
diagnostic ACFT results are at the discretion of the commander;
recording record ACFT results in DTMS is required.
b. 3.B.7.D. [ADD] Recommend units provide a copy of ACFT / APFT
scorecards to Soldiers who are PCS'ing to hand-carry to their next duty
station to support any immediate personnel action requirements in the
event the data was not transcribed into DTMS as required.
c. 3.D.3.A. [ADD] IAW REF A, RA/USAR (AGR) E-4/E-5 with no existing
APFT score in DTMS are authorized to take an APFT through 31 March
2023; and RC (less USAR (AGR)) with no existing APFT score in DTMS are
authorized to take an APFT through 31 March 2024.
d. 3.D.6. [ADD] DTMS is modified to receive ACFT performance data
for diagnostic ACFT results effective 23 May 2022. The first opportunity
to enter record ACFT data is 01 October 2022 for RA/USAR (AGR) and 01
April 2023 for RC (less USAR (AGR)). Unit commanders are encouraged to
use DTMS' Small Unit Leader Tool to enable noncommissioned officers to
enter ACFTs for their small unit/elements through personal devices.
e. 3.D.8. [ADD] Commanders whose Soldiers are currently flagged for
failing an APFT or having failed to take an APFT will remove the
suspension of favorable actions (FLAG) once the Soldier has passed a
diagnostic ACFT (ref k and l); provided they pass the diagnostic ACFT
prior to the date they must pass a record ACFT, that is, prior to 01
October 2022 for RA/USAR (AGR) and prior to 01 April 2023 for RC (less
USAR (AGR)). Any Soldier still flagged for an APFT failure after 01
October 2022 for RA/USAR (AGR) or 01 April 2023 for RC (less (AGR)) must
pass a record ACFT to remove the flag.
f. 3.D.8.B. [ADD] For E-4 and E-5 Soldiers who pass a diagnostic
ACFT and have their flag removed, enter into DTMS the raw score
equivalent to 60 points for each of the three APFT events. Refer to
Chapter 4 of ATP 7-22.01 scoring tables to determine the 60 points by
age and gender for each of the three APFT events. These scores will be
transmitted to the appropriate personnel systems as 180-points / passing
APFT. Date of the test will be the same date the flag is lifted. This
provision is valid for RA/USAR (AGR) E-4 and E-5 until 31 March 2023 and
for RC (less USAR (AGR)) until 31 March 2024.
2. RESERVE COMPONENT (RC) PREGNANT SOLDIERS SERVING ON ACTIVE DUTY
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (ADOS), 25 JUL 22. From the ASA M&RA: On 25 July
2022, the ASA(M&RA) published additional guidance concerning
Reserve Component (RC) pregnant Soldiers seeking to apply, compete,
and/or complete for an Active Duty Operational Support (ADOS) tour (see
memo attached at the following link). In general, RC pregnant Soldiers
shall be permitted to serve on ADOS tours as long as the Soldier’s
profile does not prohibit the Soldier from performing the particular

3. FY22 USAR SELECTED RESERVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM (SRIP) CHANGE 3,
EFFECTIVE 26 JULY 2022. The FY22 USAR SRIP Change 3 effective 26 July
2022 is now available. The intent of the yearly SRIP policy of the USAR
is to support leadership in meeting end strength, readiness, and force
balancing objectives. It provides recruiting and retention incentives to
