1. IPPS-A DATA CORRECTNESS CAMPAIGN. IPPS-A Data Correctness Campaign starts with you, the Soldier! Please review your own records for correctness and seek assistance with your local HR Professionals if your information is incorrect or missing items:

2. ASSIGNMENT INTERACTIVE MODULE 2 (AIM2) ATAP 22-01 MISSION ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (MER) TRAINING. HRC OPMD will conduct training for Active Component (AC) Unit Strength Managers on the AIM2 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) list on 9 – 11 February 2021 using Microsoft Teams. The purpose is to provide training on AIM2 for the upcoming ATAP 22-01 Cycle and highlight recent changes to the system. Visit the following link for more information.

3. HRC OPMD ARMY TALENT ALIGNMENT PROCESS (ATAP) 22-01 PRE-MER MESSAGE. Account Managers will send the ATAP 22-01 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) letters and Assignment Interactive Module 2.0 (AIM2) information on 3 FEB 2021. The MER will open in AIM2 on 4 0900 EST FEB 2021 to establish unit requirements for Officer assignments from 01 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. The MER is the unit’s tool to systematically convey priorities to Officer Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD) for the cycle. MER submission deadline to Account Managers is NLT 28 2359 EST February 2021 through AIM2.

4. ENLISTED MANNING CYCLE 22-01 MARKET. From HRC EPMD: The ASKEM market opens at 0700 EST on Wednesday, 3 February 2021 and closes at midnight on 16 March 2021 for NCOs with YMAVs (Year/Month Available to Move) between 2110 and 2202 and assignment report dates between October 2021 - February 2022. NCOs identified to move will receive an automated email at 0700 on 03 February granting them access to the ASK-EM web-based market. NCOs who are NOT identified to move in 22-01 will NOT have access to the ASK-EM tab within ASK. Visit the following link for more information.

5. MILITARY PAY (MILPAY) TRANSITION COURSE – DISTRIBUTED LEARNING (dL). From the AG School:  The updated Military Pay (MilPay) Transition Course – Distributed Learning (dL) is available for self-enrollment on the Soldier Support Institute (SSI) Blackboard. This course intends to provide HR professionals in BN/BDE S-1 and Military Personnel Divisions (MPD) with access to a quality training product that will improve their preparedness to assume MilPay responsibilities in 2025.      a. IPPS-A DATA CORRECTNESS CAMPAIGN. Attached is the CONOP for upcoming IPPS-A Data Correctness Campaign training with an emphasis on DQAR Analysis. All HR professionals, with a special focus on BDE/BN S1 personnel, should attend this session.

     b. MY CASES TILE – VIEW CASES ASSIGNED TO OTHER MEMBERS - JOB-AID. Initial Problem: In CRM, Case Agents did not have an option to View Cases that are assigned to other members within the Provider Group from the My Cases tile.  The new added feature provides (3) additional View options added to the drop down menu.

     c. ADD RANK TO EMAIL TEMPLATES AND CHANGE MEMBER NAMES TO MIXED CASES - JOB-AID. Initial Problem: When the Case Managers uses an Email Template to contact the member from a CRM Case, the template does not include Member’s Rank and the Member’s name is displayed in all Upper case format. Update: With the improved capability in correspondence management process, the Case Managers are now able to send emails using Email template which populates the Member’s Rank and the name will display in Mixed case format.

7. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 21-03, JAN 2021 UNIT PAY REPORTS. The Jan 2021 Unit Commander’s Pay Management Report (UCPMR) and the Jan 2021 Master Military Pay Account (MMPA) 2405 reports are available in RLAS for downloading.

8. Recently published Army Directives (AD) and All Army Activity (ALARACT) messages. New ALARACTs and ADs are also posted on APD at the following link.

     a. ALARACT 005/2021, UPDATED GUIDANCE FOR THE MANDATORY MONTHLY CERTIFICATION OF THE UNIT COMMANDER’S FINANCE REPORT AND THE UNIT COMMANDER’S PAY MANAGEMENT REPORT (FOUO), DTG: R 021245Z FEB 21. The purpose of this message is to provide updated instructions for the monthly certification of the Unit Commander’s Finance Report (UCFR) and Unit Commander’s Pay Management Report (UCPMR) by all unit commanders as required in accordance with references a, c, and f, this message. This message also updates instructions to support the web-based automated UCFR system.

     b. ALARACT 006/2021, ARMY FILING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPOUSE STATE RELICENSURE AND RECERTIFICATION COSTS REIMBURSEMENT (FOUO), DTG: R 021300Z FEB 21. This message replaces ALARACT 010/2020, which is now inactive.  No new changes were incorporated.  S-1/G-1, please review and comply with filing and processing guidance as established in the ALARACT.  Incomplete packets submitted to your local Servicing Finance Office will delay processing and reimbursement. The policy found in Army Directive 2020-01 remains in effect retroactive to the date of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2018 (12 December 2017). See the message for details.

     c. ALARACT 007/2021, SGM LARRY L. STRICKLAND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 (CY21) (FOUO), DTG: R 031755Z FEB 21. The Larry L. Strickland Educational Leadership Award (SELA) is a nonfederal award of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). This award honors the memory of Sergeant Major (SGM) Larry L. Strickland (Deputy Chief of Staff for Army Personnel Sergeants Major). A victim of the September 11th terrorist attack on the Pentagon, he represents all Soldiers and civilians lost in the Global War on Terrorism. Nomination packets are due no later than 16 April 2021.

     d. ALARACT 008/2021, HARDSHIP DUTY PAY – TEMPO (FOUO), DTG: R 031800Z FEB 21. HDP – T is used to compensate Soldiers, both active component and reserve component, for extended operational deployments. Soldiers who are deployed beyond 270 consecutive days on an operational deployment listed in the Global Force Management Allocation Plan are eligible for HDP – T on the 271st day of consecutive deployment, provided the Soldiers are deployed at least 300 consecutive days.      a. MILPER MESSAGE 21-040, AMENDMENT 2 TO MILPER MESSAGE NUMBER 20-403, ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OFFICERS REQUESTING CONSIDERATION TO OPT IN TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 (FY21) LIEUTENANT COLONEL (LTC) ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT (AMEDD) PROMOTION SELECTION BOARD (PSB), ISSUED: [2/2/2021 12:38:22 PM]. Paragraph 8e is amended to read:  The suspense for submitting a request to opt-in for Early Consideration is 1700 EST, 09 February 2021.  Applications received after this suspense will be returned without action. The remainder of administrative procedures addressed in MILPER Message Number 20-403, dated 4 December 2020 and MILPER Message Amendment 20-418 dated 10 December 2020, remain unchanged.

     b. MILPER MESSAGE 21-041, FY21 ACTIVE DUTY (AD) AVIATION BRIGADE COMMAND CHIEF WARRANT OFFICER (CCWO) SELECTION PANEL, ISSUED: [2/3/2021 9:40:14 AM]. This announcement contains instructions regarding the AD Aviation Brigade Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) consideration and selection process. The Aviation Brigade CCWO program is a selection panel process that will be conducted with the HRC DA Secretariat or virtually through a secure server O/A 1 Apr 21.

     c. MILPER MESSAGE 21-042, FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022 AVIATION BRANCH TRANSFER PANEL, ISSUED: [2/3/2021 11:58:22 AM]. This message announces the procedures for officers to request transfer-in to Aviation Branch.  Aviation Branch, Officer Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD), Human Resources Command (HRC) will conduct a branch transfer panel between 11-29 Oct 21 to select officers for transfer-in to Aviation Branch in accordance with (IAW) AR 611-110.

11. FORSCOM WIAS POSITIONS (UPDATED A/O 29 JAN 21). Hot openings listed below. 

     a. JOPES Analyst in support Operation Inherent Resolve & Inherent Resolve. Interested Service Members must be 882A / W2-W4 and will be responsible planning, coordinating, and executing lines of effort for the CENTCOM Deployment & Distribution Operations Center (CDDOC). Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.   

     b. Food Service Supervisor in support Operation Inherent Resolve. Interested Service Members must be 922A / W3-W5 and will be responsible for supervising all Class I distribution throughout ARCENT's AOR. Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. 

     c. Director of Communications in support of Office of the Defense Representative-Pakistan (ODR-P). Interested Service Members must be a 25A / LTC and will be responsible for leading the Joint Network Operations Control Center, and Theater Engineering and Plans Branch, & Theater Information Assurance Branch. Location: Islamabad, Pakistan. 

     d. Deputy J3 in support of various operations in the CENTCOM AOR. Interested Service Members must be a 02A / LTC and will assist the TF J3 in leading the planning, coordination and execution of joint special operation within the CENTCOM AOR, while working interagency partners. Location: Ft. Bragg, NC.
