1. TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS AND POSTPARTUM PROFILES. From the Army G-1:  Typically, Soldiers will receive a 45 day post-partum profile after delivery and many health care providers do not typically reissue the profile even through Soldiers are allowed additional time by policy to recover from pregnancy. The original 45 day profile is sufficient evidence to support a temporary promotion even if it is expired because it identifies the date of delivery which is what the temporary promotion is based on.  Do not tell Soldiers they are not eligible for a temporary promotion if they are within one year of the delivery date. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-905327 

2. CHANGE TO THE AG CORPS OFFICER, WARRANT OFFICER, NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER, SOLDIER, SENIOR CIVILIAN, CIVILIAN, AND SPOUSE OF THE YEAR AWARD PROGRAM MEMORANDUM OF INSTRUCTION (MOI) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020. The AG School has published change 2 to the “of the year” MOI.  The change removes the requirement for all photo submissions with the nomination packets. Upon final announcement of the winners, the AG School will reach to the commands for an 8x10 head and shoulders photo for display on the 2021 “of the year” winners’ board. 3. MAXIMIZE THE POWER OF AIM2 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, BEHAVIORS, AND PREFERENCES (KSB-Ps). From the ATMTF:  Update 09 FEB 2021. The Combined Arms Center (CAC) Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCOE) has provided CAC approved storyboards (attached at the following link) to assist with KSB selection for officers and units. 5. 2021 ENLISTED PRE-CRITICAL TASK SITE SELECTION SURVEY FOR PVT-SFC AND THEIR FIRST LINE SUPERVISORS. This a reminder for all 42A's and their supervisors to complete the 2021 Enlisted Pre-Critical Task Site Selection Survey for PVT-SFC.  The survey is open through 19 February 2021. 7. ARMYIGNITED WILL BE OFFLINE 25 FEBRUARY-7 MARCH 2021 (REMINDER). From ACCESS ArmyU:  On 25 February 2021, the ArmyIgnitED system will be offline to facilitate the migration of the Tuition Assistance (TA), Cadet, and Civilian and Apprentice program data from GoArmyEd. Soldiers, Army Education Counselors, Educational Institutions (EIs) and Vendors will not be able to access CA data or functionality during the migration process from 25 Feb through 7 March.  CA/TA Cadet, and Civilian and Apprentice program data services will resume and be accessible in ArmyIgnitED at 0800 EST 8 Mar 2021. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/thread/247939

     a. QUARTERLY SENIOR LEADER ASSESSMENT OF POST LOG C3 STUDENTS. The Captain Career Training Department (CCTD) at the Army Logistics University is looking for feedback from the force.  All former and current Battalion and Brigade Commanders are requested to fill out a brief 14 question survey, letting the CCTD know how Captains are performing in the operational force post Logistics Captain Career Course.  This feedback will influence the curriculum and allow for the department to send the best educated pre-command Captains out to FORSCOM.
