promotion to major for attendance at the 10-month resident or 14-week
satellite courses beginning in summer 2023. The FY22 ILE Selection Board
will be conducted immediately following the Major, ACC Promotion
Selection Board convening on 29 Mar 2022 recessing o/a 22 Apr 2022.
Officers not selected for promotion to major will not be considered by
the ILE Board. Officers not selected for either a 10-month resident or
14-week satellite campus will complete ILE by distance learning. There
is no requirement to update “My Board File” for this board since the ILE
Selection Board will use the same board file from the FY22 Major

OFFICER LEADERSHIP CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (NCOLCOE) AND THE SERGEANTS
MAJOR ACADEMY (SGM-A) FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM COHORT 9, ISSUED: [2/8/2022
1:41:48 PM]. The Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence
(NCOLCoE) and the Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) Fellowship Program is
targeted for Sergeants Major who have potential and a strong desire to
be an educator of future Sergeants Major. Selected candidates will
pursue a Master’s Degree in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education
through Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) or a Master’s Degree
in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse
University. The selection panel will convene 12-23 September 2022 at
Fort Bliss, Texas to identify the “best qualified” list for final
selection of Fellows. The deadline for submitting applications is 15

tremendous initiative that we began this month, the 258th HR CO
Newsletter!! As an HR professional, we pride ourselves on sharing
information so the next generation of leaders have an increased depth of
knowledge and the current ones are informed to make the best decisions
for themselves and Families. To leadoff the newsletter we have the
history of the AG Corps, notes from myself on what is going on within
the HR Dimension, and a word of the month. I hope that by presenting
this information, Soldiers are able to know what is going on in the Army
and to gain insight on where to go to gain further information.”

b. 258TH HR CO NTC 22-04 DEPLOYMENT. “It seems that the field has
had some difficulty addressing how a CLT is utilized in a
deployed/training environment so I wanted to help illustrate how an
entire HR CO is employed in a NTC exercise and what their lines of
effort are. Although it is very clear how a theater gateway will be
utilized, it is very spotty within all regulations, policies, and
guidelines of how a CLT will run. I hope that by reading through this it
will help clarify how an HR CO enables the BSA, BCT, or unit they are
