MILPER MESSAGE 22-052, FISCAL YEAR 2023 (FY23) NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER LEADERSHIP CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (NCOLCOE) AND THE SERGEANTS MAJOR ACADEMY (SGM-A) FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM COHORT 9, ISSUED: [2/8/2022 1:41:48 PM]. The Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) and the Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) Fellowship Program is targeted for Sergeants Major who have potential and a strong desire to be an educator of future Sergeants Major. Selected candidates will pursue a Master’s Degree in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education through Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) or a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University. The selection panel will convene 12-23 September 2022 at Fort Bliss, Texas to identify the “best qualified” list for final selection of Fellows. To leadoff the newsletter we have the history of the AG Corps, notes from myself on what is going on within the HR Dimension, and a word of the month. I hope that by presenting this information, Soldiers are able to know what is going on in the Army and to gain insight on where to go to gain further information.” Contributed by WO1 Reynold Raj.      b. 258TH HR CO NTC 22-04 DEPLOYMENT. “It seems that the field has had some difficulty addressing how a CLT is utilized in a deployed/training environment so I wanted to help illustrate how an entire HR CO is employed in a NTC exercise and what their lines of effort are. Although it is very clear how a theater gateway will be utilized, it is very spotty within all regulations, policies, and guidelines of how a CLT will run.
