1. AC OFFICER PROMOTION ORDERS, MARCH 2022. 2. FY22 BROADENING OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM PANEL (MAY 2022). As a reminder, the last Broadening Opportunity Program Panel for FY22 will convene 10 - 13 May 2022.  The application deadline for the following programs is 25 March 2022:  Army Congressional Fellowship, JCS/OSD/ARSTAF Internship, and General (R) Wayne A. Downing Scholarship. Additionally, applications for the Harvard Strategist Program (which has no HRC panel)  are due no later than 15 April 2022. 3. IPPS-A WEBINAR SERIES: CRM PART 2: PROVIDER GROUPS AND BEST PRACTICES – 02 MAR 2022. Attached is the CONOP for the IPPS-A webinar on CRM Part 2: Provider Groups and Best Practices. During part two of the two-part mini-series, the IPPS-A FMD Training Team teams up with the FMD CRM Team and a Mississippi ARNG G-1 SME to discuss provider group creation/hierarchy and best practices for provider group management, case routing, and general use of CRM tools. 4. USAR TPU FEBRUARY 2022 MSG AND SSG SLATING REPORTS. The MSG and SSG slatings from each RD are attached at the following link. 5. OVERSEAS HOUSING ALLOWANCE IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE FOR THE ARMY RESERVE, 12 JAN 22. This memo provides guidance that verifies OHA payments to USAR service members are accurate, properly supported, and recertified annually for continued entitlement. The provisions included in this document are for implementation and audit report compliance. 6. ENHANCE PERFORMANCE WITH MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING. From the Army Resilience Directorate:  Do you ever struggle with being unmotivated to train, lack confidence, or deal with fear of failure? Do you get so nervous you freeze up or underperform, have trouble bouncing back from mistakes, or frequently lose concentration while under pressure? Performance enhancement or mental skills training can help you understand and leverage the connection between your mind and body to improve or maintain motivation, confidence, energy, and focus. You can enhance the quality of your physical, technical, and tactical training by being deliberate and intentional with the mental side of performance. If the quality of your training goes up, so does the quality of your performance. 7. BRANCH/COMMAND ITEMS.      a. 99TH READINESS DIVISION, IPPS-A HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONAL (HR PRO) 2 DAY RESIDENT & REMOTE MOI (FY 22, 2ND & 3RD QUARTER DATES). The IPPS-A HR Professional Instructor Facilitated Training (IFT) suspense for all HR professionals is 31 May 2022. The 99th RD will provide this training to all HR Professionals, and incorporate the foundational knowledge necessary to perform the duties and functions inherit to their position utilizing the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A), Release 3 (R3). ALARACT 012/2022, ACCOUNTING OF RESERVE COMPONENT MEMBERS PERFORMING ACTIVE DUTY OR FULL TIME NATIONAL GUARD DUTY TOWARDS AUTHORIZED END STRENGTHS (CUI), DTG: R 222000Z FEB 22. On 27 Dec 2021, the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act became Public Law 117-81. It directed that 10 USC 115(b)(2)(b) strike ‘‘1095 days in the previous 1460 days’’ and insert ‘‘1825 days in the previous 2190 days.” Reserve Component Soldiers cannot exceed 1825 days in an active duty for operational support (ADOS) status within the previous 2190. Soldiers exceeding this time period will be counted against the Active Army end-strength for active duty for operational support-active component (ADOS-AC) and active guard and reserve end strength for active duty for operational support-reserve component (ADOS-RC). 9.
