From Army Credentialing and Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (ACCESS):  Effective 20 Jan 2022, new CA requests submitted by all Regular Army Soldiers and all Title 10 and Title 32 AGR Soldiers for the aviation credentials listed at the below link will be reduced to $1,000 per FY in CA funding with the remaining amount as an out-of-pocket cost. The Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) 23-01 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) will open in the Assignment Interactive Module 2.0 (AIM2) on 03 0900 EST February 2022 and will close on 28 2359 EST February 2022. This will assist in establishing unit requirements for Officer/Warrant Officer assignments with report dates from 01 October 2022 to 31 March 2023. The MER is the unit’s tool to systematically convey priorities to Officer Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD) for the cycle.
