1. UNVACCINATED SOLDIERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR OFFICIAL TRAVEL WITHOUT PRIOR-APPROVAL FROM THE UNDER SECRETARY OF THE ARMY. From the Army G-1: This is a reminder to the field that IAW FRAGO 22 to HQDA EXORD 225-21, Soldiers who are unvaccinated for COVID-19 are not eligible for official travel (any travel on an order published by the government, including TDY, PCS, no cost PCS, low-cost PCS, and intra-post transfers) without prior approval from the Under Secretary of the Army. This requirement for prior-approval from the Under Secretary includes Soldiers who have an approved COVID-19 vaccination exemption, pending an exemption request or appeal, disapproved exemption request, or vaccine refusals. As an exception, prior-approval for official travel is not required for travel related to separations and processing, retirement, redeployments, and HRC approved compassionate actions. Military Personnel Divisions are required to review the monthly HQDA DCS G-1 Report of Soldiers Ineligible to PCS (provided to MPDs by the IMCOM G1) prior to issuing PCS orders. MPDs will not issue PCS orders for Soldiers on the Ineligible to PCS report unless the supporting S-1 or Personnel Work Center validates the Soldier is fully vaccinated and MEDPROS is updated. Request all S-1s and MPDs review FRAGO 22 at the following link. 2. (ARNG) EXECUTION OF PERSONNEL ACTIONS FOR THE ARMY COMBAT FITNESS TEST (PPOM 22-023), 15 JUN 22. This PPOM provides implementation guidance pertaining to the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) as it relates to personnel actions for the Army National Guard. Of note, Soldiers who pass a diagnostic ACFT at any time from 1 Apr 22 – 30 Sep 22 may elect to have the test re-characterized as a record ACFT. 3. DEFENSE TRAVEL SYSTEM (DTS) ASSISTANCE. From USAFMCOM: United States Army Financial Management Command, Defense Travel System Tier 2.5 Help Desk reminder: The DFAS Army Tier 2.5 Help Desk transitioned to USAFMCOM and is no longer a subordinate organization of DoD, DFAS. The contact phone number remains the same 1-877-676-6742, operating hours are 0730-1600 Eastern Time Zone. However, the contact group Email box has been updated to and does not accept encrypted Email at this time. Defense Travel Administrators are encouraged to resolve all DTS help desk issues at the lowest level prior to submitting a Travel Assistance Center Tier 3.0 Help Desk ticket to the Defense Travel Management Office, as the Army gets billed for each help desk ticket submitted which could have been potentially resolved at the lower help desks available. 4. NON-DEPLOYABLE (ND) REPORT AS OF EOM MAY 22. From Army G-1 Readiness: As of EoM May 22, ~62.6K or ~6.4% of the Total Army was considered Non-Deployable; Army Non-Deployable rate decreased by ~0.1% from Apr 22. 5.
