You have to design your gatherings for the kinds of connections you want to create.” – Priya Parker, author of The Art of Gathering. To repair a damaged, strained, or tense relationship – especially with children – it’s important to engage in practical strategies that can help rebuild and strengthen those relationships. ALARACT 044/2022, PERMANENT PROFILE MODIFICATION IN SUPPORT OF ARMY COMBAT FITNESS TEST (ACFT) EXECUTION (CUI), DTG: R 281600Z JUN 22. This message provides information and guidance for Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, and Direct Reporting Units with assigned medical providers on the modification of permanent profiles to allow for ACFT testing. On 1 April 2022, the Army began full implementation of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). Implementation replaced the leg tuck event with the plank as the sole core exercise and added the 2.5 mile walk as an additional alternate aerobic event. As a result, Soldiers with permanent medical profiles may require profile updates to identify which events Soldiers are physically able to conduct. At a minimum, permanent profiles will be reviewed and updated during Soldier’s annual Periodic Health Assessments (PHA). Profiles may also be updated in advance of PHA encounters to support scheduled ACFT events. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-1163840 9. USAR AGR AND NON-AGR OFFICER APL BOARD HISTORICAL DATA 2011 TO PRESENT. “In my observation, "When will XXX board results be released?" is a prevailing category of unanswered questions on S1net. Although future release of board results is kept close hold for obvious valid reasons, I believe historical board data provides a useful tool in helping Soldiers (and HR professionals) understand trends and manage expectations instead of simply waiting for it to happen. Enclosed is an unofficial compilation of historical board and release MILPERs… from 2011 to present and projected to 2027.” Contributed by CPT Jacob Kim. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/990912 11.
