1. This message expires no later than (NLT) 30 September 2024 and
applies only to Army Competitive Category (ACC) Special Forces (SF) and
Army Special Operations Aviation (SOA) Chief Warrant Officers Five (CW5)
serving within the United States Army Special Operations Command
(USASOC) or serving abroad.
2. This announcement contains
instructions regarding the ACC USASOC Command Chief Warrant Officer
(CCWO) selection process. Special attention must be given to specific
eligibility criteria for consideration and other requirements contained
in this message. The SOC-P will convene at U.S. Army John F. Kennedy
Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), Fort Liberty, NC on 16
July 2024 and recess on 18 July 2024 to consider warrant officers for
service in specific CCWO positions within USASOC for FY25.
