1. ENLISTED SOLDIERS
PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION (PCS) GUIDANCE DURING THE LEGACY HUMAN
RESOURCES (HR) SYSTEMS BROWNOUT AND CUTOVER (BOCO). This MILPER MESSAGE
22-132 applies to Active Component Army Enlisted Soldiers on assignment
instructions with report dates from 11 August to 14 November 2022. In
order to ensure minimum departures and arrivals during the Legacy HR
Systems Brownout and Cutover (BOCO) assignment drawdown window scheduled
for on or about 10 August to 15 October 2022, HRC, Enlisted Personnel
Management Directorate (EPMD), will amend assignment report dates and
adjust dates eligible to return from overseas (DEROS) for Soldiers on
assignment with report dates effected by BOCO. No later than 26 April
2022, EPMD, HRC will amend special instructions and adjust the
assignment instructions of Soldiers with current report dates from 11
August to 14 November 2022 with the exception of the assignments noted
