1. NEW FAQs FOR SPECIAL SELECTION REVIEW BOARDS, PROMOTION REVIEW BOARDS, AND COMMAND REVIEW BOARDS, 18 MAR 22. From HRC:  Updated FAQs to include information on new processes for adverse information being provided to selection boards for promotions to: Active Component MAJ, LTC, and COL; Reserve Component COL; and updated FAQs to include information on new process for Special Selection Review Boards (SSRB). 2. REVISIONS TO THE ARMY FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROGRAM, EFFECTIVE 25 MAR 22. From HRC Incentives and Compensation Branch, SPSD, TAGD: The Army Foreign Language Program, AR 11-6 and DA Pam 11-8 have been revised with significant changes effective 25 March 2022.  Changes are NOT retroactive and apply to all DLPTs taken on or after 25 March 2022. Changes include eliminating the Format 330 order to award Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus (FLPB) pay, and requires all Soldiers sign a DA Form 4187 “Written Agreement” to be awarded FLPB pay. The purpose of this process is to assist the HR Pro in understanding how to create a UDL to add a member to a workflow template. The purpose of this process is to assist HR Professionals in understanding how to create and share a workflow template in order to set up a pre-created workflow routing to re-use from a library of templates. From Army G-1 Readiness: As of EoM Feb 22, ~60.7K or ~6.1% of the Total Army was considered Non-Deployable; Army Non-Deployable rate increased by ~0.3% from Jan 22. 5. AIM 2 TALENT MARKETPLACE TRAINING FOR 23-01 DISTRIBUTION CYCLE. Officer Personnel Management Directorate, US Army Human Resources Command, will conduct training for Active Component (AC) Units/Officers on operating in the 23-01 AIM2 Talent Marketplace using Microsoft Teams from 28 – 30 Mar 22.  Visit the following link for more information. 6. ALARACT 019/2022, RESCINDMENT OF ALARACT 017/2022 (CUI), DTG: R 211600Z MAR 22. This ALARACT message rescinds ALARACT 017/2022, Pregnancy Duration and Profiling, published on 8 March 2022. Subject guidance will be republished following additional coordination and review, and in conjunction with pending Army policy changes. In accordance with DA PAM 40-502, healthcare providers will continue to use clinical judgment to recommend initial and extended convalescent leave as deemed medically necessary. For Soldiers not on active duty, rescheduling of excused absences will be in accordance with AR 140-1 or NGR 350-1, as appropriate.      b. ARMY DIRECTIVE 2022-03, SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF BOARDS FOR CORRECTION OF MILITARY RECORDS AND DISCHARGE REVIEW BOARDS, 25 JAN 22. This directive updates policy to ensure compliance with section 525 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA for FY 2020), which requires the Secretaries of the Military Departments to ensure that members of the Boards for Correction of Military Records (BCMRs) and the Discharge Review Boards (DRBs) receive training on sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, spousal abuse, and related matters. 8.
