1. NEW FAQs FOR SPECIAL SELECTION REVIEW BOARDS, PROMOTION REVIEW BOARDS, AND COMMAND REVIEW BOARDS, 18 MAR 22. REVISIONS TO THE ARMY FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROGRAM, EFFECTIVE 25 MAR 22. From HRC Incentives and Compensation Branch, SPSD, TAGD: The Army Foreign Language Program, AR 11-6 and DA Pam 11-8 have been revised with significant changes effective 25 March 2022.  Changes are NOT retroactive and apply to all DLPTs taken on or after 25 March 2022. Changes include eliminating the Format 330 order to award Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus (FLPB) pay, and requires all Soldiers sign a DA Form 4187 “Written Agreement” to be awarded FLPB pay.
