1. UPDATED GUIDANCE FOR 
MASK AND SCREENING TESTING FOR ALL DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INSTALLATIONS 
AND OTHER FACILITIES, 1 MAR 22. From the Under Secretary of Defense for 
Personnel and Readiness: In accordance with the updated guidance 
released by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force on February 28, 2022,
 beginning immediately, the following masking and screening testing 
guidance requirements (at following link) based on the Centers for 
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)
 Community Levels1 will apply to all Department of Defense (DoD) 
installations and other facilities owned, leased, or otherwise

2. eMILPO MESSAGE 22-15, DATED 2 MARCH 2022, SUBJ:  EMILPO TRANSMITTING 
DD93S TO IPERMS IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL.  The eMILPO DD93 function is fully 
operational as of 2 March 22, 1600hrs EST.  eMILPO will resume 
automatically transmitting DD Form 93 to IPERMS.  Field Service Division
 will send additional instructions directly to PAS Chiefs /Unit 
Administrators/State SIB Chiefs to ensure those DD93s submitted via 
eMILPO (clicked the submit button in the eMILPO DD93) from 7 Feb to 2 
Mar are reviewed by respective unit S1/Personnel office. Please continue
 to use iPERMS to verify data on most recently filed DD 93s and if
