1. USAR AGR Q&A FACEBOOK 365 LIVE SIMULCAST. On 8 Mar 22 the USARC G-1 Active Military Management Branch (AMMB) conducted an AGR Q&A simulcast via Facebook Live on the USARC G-1 Facebook page and Teams 365 Townhall. The main topics for the discussion were the FY22 AGR Release from Active Duty (REFRAD) Board and the COVID-19 vaccination for AGR Soldiers. (USAR) FY22 SUSPENSION OF REMOVAL FOR REACHING RETENTION CONTROL POINT (RCP) FOR USAR TROOP PROGRAM UNIT (TPU) SOLDIERS WITH AN EXCEPTION OF E-9s. From the Chief of Army Reserve: This memo extends the suspension of the removal of USAR TPU Soldiers for reaching RCP, formerly Maximum Years of Service (MYOS), except for the E-9 population, for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022. 3. IPPS-A Items.      a. IPPS-A WEBINAR SERIES: ARMY ORGANIZATION SERVER (AOS) PREP PART 1-BDE/BN S1- 16 MAR 2022. Attached is the CONOP for the IPPS-A Webinar on AOS Prep Part 1-BDE/BN S1. During part one of the two-part mini-series, the IPPS-A FMD Training Team will familiarize users with the IPPS-A to AOS connection, importance of templets, and tools available to them now. Part 1 is geared towards BN/BDE S1s and strength managers to fill the information gap in understanding AOS from an HR perspective and why it is important to review their unit's force structure for data correctness.      b. IPPS-A DATA CORRECTNESS CAMPAIGN – 14 MAR 2022. Attached is the CONOP for upcoming IPPS-A Data Correctness Campaign training with an emphasis on DQAR Analysis and Q&A. All HR professionals, with a special focus on BDE/BN S1 personnel, should attend this session.      c. UPCOMING IPPS-A LIVE TRAINING. CY2023 DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY (DARPA) PROGRAM. This message announces the United States Army Reserve (USAR) Active Guard Reserve (AGR) non-commissioned officers (NCO) applying to AGR warrant officer board. In order to reduce WO shortages within the AGR program, AGR NCOs may apply for critical WO Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) while staying on the AGR program. HRC has identified Property Accounting Technicians (920A) and Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officers (948B) are critical shortages and will board for these MOSs only.      e. MILPER MESSAGE 22-082, UPDATE TO SERVICE REMAINING REQUIREMENTS (SRR) FOR ARMY FUTURES COMMAND EMERGING TECHNOLOGY TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, ISSUED: [3/11/2022 12:13:37 PM]. Soldiers attending the fiscal year 2023 or later programs of the Army Software Factory (ASF) or the Army Artificial Intelligence-Cloud Technician (AAICT) will incur a 60-month service-remaining obligation upon graduation.      f. MILPER MESSAGE 22-083, AMENDMENT TO MILPER MESSAGE 21-366, CALL TO ACTIVE DUTY FOR SELECTED ARMY RESERVE COMPONENT OFFICERS, ISSUED: [3/11/2022 1:40:00 PM]. MILPER MESSAGE 22-084, UPDATE TO ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS FORCES (ARSOF) PROGRAMS, ISSUED: [3/11/2022 2:46:47 PM]. Effective immediately, Commanders of Army Commands (ACOM), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and Direct Reporting Units (DRU) will publicize the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) program and ensure Soldiers have access to ARSOF in-service recruiters and recruiter briefings. Additionally, commanders will work with ARSOF in-service recruiters from the Special Operations Recruiting Battalion (SORB) to schedule assessment and selection course dates to meet both unit and ARSOF operational requirements and the Soldier's career goals. 8.
