HRC Awards and Decorations Branch: To determine your unit’s eligibility
for the Afghanistan Retrograde Operations MUC/PUC and/or to submit an
awards packet, please contact your higher headquarters or major command

2. OFFICER PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE (OPMD), US ARMY HUMAN

OPMD will execute their Mid-Market Review (MMR). This week-long meeting
allows HRC to review the jobs/positions that are in the Marketplace and
adjust as-needed, based on the number of Officers that are in the

4. IPPS-A WEBINAR SERIES - MANAGING ABSENCES (NOT INCLUDING PCS) - 19
OCT 22. Attached is the CONOP for the IPPS-A "A Day in the Life" Webinar
Series on Managing Absences (not including PCS). The FMD Training Team
will be conducting two sessions on 19 OCT 22 at 1100 EDT and 1900 EDT.
This session will cover how to manage and reconcile chargeable absences,
TL Submission considerations, and understanding the TIN/FID reports.
The TIN/FID report allows the HR Professional to understand the
relationship between HR data and the payroll transaction generated by
