1. FY2023 BROADENING OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM PANEL (MAY). From the US Army Broadening Opportunity Manager, HRC: The next Broadening Opportunity Program Panel for FY23 will convene 09 -12 May 2023.  The application deadline for the following programs is 26 March 2023: Army Congressional Fellowship, JCS/OSD/ARSTAF Internship, and General (R) Wayne A. Downing Scholarship. Additionally, applications for the Harvard Strategist Program  (which has no HRC panel) are due no later than 14 April 2023. 2. SOLDIER FOR LIFE LIVE WITH PRIDE INDUSTRIES, 13 OCT 22, 1000 EST. Working with PRIDE Industries is an episode dedicated to talking about PRIDE Industries, a Non-Profit Social Enterprise's efforts to hire disabled Veterans. During this episode, LTC Ismael Ortizrivera chats with Frank Goehringer, a retired Veteran, and Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke, Ed. D. in Organization Leadership, about the job opportunities and professional development that PRIDE Industries offers to disabled veterans and Military Spouses. Also, they will discuss the myths and misconceptions about disability employment and why companies should hire veterans and people with disabilities. 3. U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR) HEALTH PROFESSIONS SPECIAL AND INCENTIVE (HPS&I) PAY PLAN POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2023. This document provides USAR Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Incentives Program guidance. The USAR uses incentives to attract and retain healthcare professionals possessing or qualifying for training in critical skills needed to maintain wartime readiness as identified on the USAR HPS&I Pay Plan, Critical Wartime Shortage List (CWSL). 4. BRANCH/COMMAND ITEMS.      a. UNITED STATES ARMY RECRUITING SCHOLARS PROGRAM DURING ATAP 23-02 MOVEMENT CYCLE.  This 4-year program is intended to attract and invest in creative and highly adaptive top-tier CPTs to manage and improve the Army’s recruiting outreach. The program targets CPTs from all Active Component Category (ACC) branches who have excelled in their Key Developmental position and who would best represent the Army in the Recruiting Force. While in this program, the selected captains will command a high-priority Recruiting Company for 2 years, attend a graduate program in a relevant discipline for up to 18 months, then transition to the Command and General Staff College. USARPAC (FORT SHAFTER, HI) - NOW HIRING TALENTED OFFICERS AND WARRANT OFFICERS FOR 23-02 ATAP.
