This policy provides guidance to maximize quota utilization by scheduling NCOs for their appropriate Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System (NCOPDS) course in support of Army Directive 2019-15 for enlisted Soldiers in the USAR as it pertains to the conduct of enlisted evaluation boards. Commands are required to enroll NCOs in NCOPDS courses based on their category. All categories that apply for NCOPDS consideration are explained further in this document.
