3. UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (UAS) OPERATOR CRITICAL SKILL INCENTIVE PAY (CSIP) INFORMATION. From the Aviation COE:  The most recent CSIP Implementation Memo was published on 5 August 2022, authorizing 15C and 15W Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Operators to be eligible for CSIP in the categories listed at the following link. The 81st Readiness Division Surgeon's office is conducting a one-week course for military medical providers to improve the ability to write quality profiles and perform SRPs/PHAs.
