FY24 CAPTAIN’S CAREER COURSE (CCC) PREFERENCE MARKET - 03 APRIL 22 – 05 MAY 22. HRC OPMD will run the FY24 CCC Preference Market in AIM 2.0 for select Branches from 03 APRIL 22 – 05 MAY 22. These branches include: AD, AR, CM, EN, FA, IN, MI, MP and SC. Participating officers should confirm desired course attendance with their Chain of Command, in conjunction with operational requirements, prior to submitting preferences. 3. U.S. ARMY RECOVERY CARE PROGRAM (ARCP) ADAPTIVE SPORTS - CRITICAL PART TO SOLDIER'S RECOVERY PROCESS. ARCP, host of the U.S. Army Trials, will present the Adaptive Recovery Sports Camp, 28 March - 06 April, taking place at Fort Bragg, N.C. Wounded, ill and injured Soldiers will compete for the opportunity to attend the 2023 Warrior Games Challenge hosted by the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command in June 2023 at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego, California. The adaptive sporting events include wheelchair basketball, cycling, indoor rowing, and sitting volleyball among others. Soldiers who are assigned to a Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU) are encouraged to complete an application in coordination with their SRU leadership. 4. HRC - MILITARY PERSONNEL DIVISION (MPD) FOCUSED TOUCHPOINT AS OF 20230308. The HRC - MPD was initiated to provide a platform to address concerns, disseminate information, communicate, and provide MPD focused training ISO the Army's transition to IPPS-A. In this edition: KEEB Guidance and Approval Workflow, Frustrated Assignments Plan Update, Functional Management Division (IPPS-A) "Known Issues", and Enterprise Modernization Division. 5. USAR AGR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER SLC-MLC SCHEDULING (OML DATA) AS OF FEBRUARY 2023. 6. AG SCHOOL IPPS-A TRAINING (HOW TO VIDEOS).      a. HOW TO VIDEO FOR IPPS-A ADHOC OBIEE | COUNT FUNCTIONS & PIVOT TABLES. This video provides a demonstration on how to identify columns with count functions already applied (IPPS-A has already created the column) as well as how to apply a custom count function to any column. It also demonstrates how to incorporate measures and rollup metrics into pivot tables, and how to add visualizations/graphs to pivot tables.      b. HOW TO VIDEO FOR IPPS-A ADHOC OBIEE | CALENDAR DATE FUNCTIONS. This video provides a demonstration on how to insert calendar date functions. The example included in the video shows how to calculate the calendar year for ETS dates and how to calculate the number of days to ETS. It also covers how to incorporate both rows and columns in pivot tables.      c. HOW TO VIDEO FOR IPPS-A ADHOC OBIEE | BINS & PERFORMANCE MEASURE TILES. This video provides a demonstration on how to create bins and insert performance measure tiles. "Bins" enable users to group data within a column based on specific, filtered criteria. The example used within this video is grouping ETS dates by 30 day, 90 day, 120 day bins, etc. This video also includes the performance measure tile which takes a measure or metric, and depicts the data in an easy to read tile. 7.  IPPS-A ITEMS.      a. IPPS-A "A DAY IN THE LIFE" WEBINAR SERIES - MPD FOCUSED: ELEVATED ACCESS/ASSIGNMENTS/ORDERS - 15 MAR 2023. Attached is the CONOP for the IPPS-A "A Day in the Life" Webinar Series - MPD Focused: Elevated Access / Assignments / Orders. The FMD Training Team will be conducting two sessions on 15 MAR 23 at 1100 ET and 1900 ET.      b. IPPS-A JOB AID: RE-INITIATE MEMBER ELECTIONS. This Job Aid assists in Re-Initiating a Member’s Assignment Elections. This function is necessary to correct or simply change a Member’s Entitlements. IPPS-A includes the functionality to add, modify, and remove assignment entitlements and additional instructions from the Assignment Tracking module.      c.
