(ARNG) PPOM 23-017, ACFT GUIDANCE FOR EVALUATIONS, 9 MAR 23. The purpose of this guidance is to update, and inform, leaders and rating officials of evaluation reports entry requirements for a record ACFT, effective 1 October 2022, for evaluation reports with an annotated “Thru Date” of 1 October 2022 and later impacting our T10 and T32 AGR/ADOS force. (USAR) IPPS-A, IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR US ARMY RESERVE UNITS WHO HAVE A DECEASED SOLDIER, DO NOT MOVE THE DECEASED SOLDIERS IN IPPS-A. From the USARC G-1:  Reserve Units will continue to process a CCIR for the death of a Servicemember up the chain to USARC/FORSCOM watch. Please do not attempt to move these Soldiers to pending loss or process them as deceased.
