3. HRC's CRM CASE TRACKER FOR ARMY-WIDE PAI (MILPER 23-057). From the HRC IPPS-A Team: Units should make every effort to correct discrepancies in strength and accountability reporting within IPPS-A while conducting the PAI. If units are unable to resolve a discrepancy in IPPS-A, they will submit a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Ticket to the Army Service Center(ASC) Provider Group, "IPPS-A Service Center" requesting assistance to resolve the issue. 5. (ARNG) PPOM 23-017, ACFT GUIDANCE FOR EVALUATIONS, 9 MAR 23. The purpose of this guidance is to update, and inform, leaders and rating officials of evaluation reports entry requirements for a record ACFT, effective 1 October 2022, for evaluation reports with an annotated “Thru Date” of 1 October 2022 and later impacting our T10 and T32 AGR/ADOS force. 6. (USAR) IPPS-A, IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR US ARMY RESERVE UNITS WHO HAVE A DECEASED SOLDIER, DO NOT MOVE THE DECEASED SOLDIERS IN IPPS-A. From the USARC G-1:  Reserve Units will continue to process a CCIR for the death of a Servicemember up the chain to USARC/FORSCOM watch. Please do not attempt to move these Soldiers to pending loss or process them as deceased. Diwa and WO1 Samantha Bonds, is recommended by the IPPS-A Team. “Attached at the following link is a tool (Guide to IPPS-A Organizational Library and examples of PAR and Absence Templates) we are using to assist Unit S1s/G1s and MPD to standardized Personnel Action Request Templates, as well as Absence Request Templates.  The tool is a way to message the template formats to Soldiers and Commands.  In addition, the tool also has Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI) features to assist with the upcoming and future unit PAIs.  The end-users can manipulate (e.g., add, edit, or delete) template data to best follow organizational guidance.” https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/1017028
