ARMY POLICY IMPLEMENTING THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) VACCINATION MANDATE RECISSION, 24 FEB 23.  Memo From the Secretary of the Army:  On 10 Jan 23, the Secretary of Defense rescinded the COVID-19 vaccination mandate across the Department of Defense (DoD). Accordingly, I hereby rescind all Department of the Army Policies specifically associated with the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination mandate.  No currently serving Soldier shall be separated based solely on their refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccine if they sought an exemption on religious, administrative, or medical grounds. BLENDED RETIREMENT SYSTEM (BRS) CONTINUATION PAY (CP) - CALENDAR YEAR 2023. The attached (at following link) memorandum establishes eligibility, amounts, and additional service obligation for CP in CY23 as authorized in Title 37, United States Code, Section 356. This guidance is effective 1 January 2023 and expires on 31 December 2023.
