MILPER 24-075 Change to Approval Authority to Award MSM, ARCOM and AAM to Foreign Military Personnel

• This MILPER message will expire 12 March 2025.
• Purpose. To announce a change to the authority to award the MSM, ARCOM, and AAM to foreign military personnel assigned or attached to Army commands in the rank comparable to COL (O-6) and below.
