SOPs UPDATED IN THE PAST YEAR. Over the years we have collected a very
large library of SOPs and other samples (ceremonies, counselings,
4187’s, OPORDs, etc.) donated by members to benefit others, giving them a
“starting point” in developing their own. As policies change over time,
we want to update the member donated products library. If you pulled a
product from S1NET and modified it to suit your unit, donate it back to
S1NET for others to use. If you have a product that you worked hard on
and are proud of, donate it to S1NET for others to use. We are looking
for products that are less than a year old. On a monthly basis we will
put out a call for a specific category of SOP. This month, we are
calling for Brigade S1 SOPs (all components), but will accept anything

1. HARDSHIP DUTY PAY–TEMPO
(HDP-T), 13 APR 22. Effective the date of this memorandum, Assistant
Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, SAMR, memorandum
(Hardship Duty Pay-Tempo (HDP-T)), 12 November 2020 is rescinded;
however, Soldiers who are currently operationally deployed remain
eligible under the existing policy until the unit returns from the
current deployment. If a Soldier assigned to the unit volunteers to
extend his or her deployment, their eligibility for HDPT terminates when
the main body departs the overseas location. Effective the date of this
memorandum, only Soldiers who are involuntarily extended for at least
30 days, by the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of the Army,
beyond their normal tour of at least 270 days while assigned to an
operational deployment listed in the Global Force Management Allocation
