2.  Purpose:  This message solicits applications for the FY 2026 Army-Baylor University Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy (DPT) at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas – which is referred to as “the program” throughout this message.
