a. IPPS-A UPDATE: PAI RECONCILIATION DEADLINE EXTENDED. From IPPS-A
FMD: The deadline for the Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI)
Reconciliation Phase 1 has been extended to 24 November 2024. Phase 2,
will occur 25 November through 31 December. HR Professionals and Leaders
must prioritize PAI Reconciliation to (1) correct Failure to
Lose/Failure to Gain (FTL/FTG) discrepancies in IPPS-A, and (2) ensure
current and future iterations of IPPS-A reflect accurate information.
Further, Soldier pay and benefits can be negatively impacted if Soldiers

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION COURSE (HRMQC), FY25 COURSE
SCHEDULE. The HRMQC is an Adjutant General Corps (AGC) branch-producing
course in accordance with DA Pamphlet 600-3, Commissioned Officer
Professional Development and Career Management, paragraph 36-5. Army
National Guard and Army Reserve commissioned officer graduates satisfy
all requirements for award of Area of Concentration (AOC) 42B or 42H,
dependent upon their current grade. All RC commissioned officers are
welcome to attend provided they have previously completed any Captain’s
Career Course (CCC). This course is also open to Warrant Officers and
Non-Commissioned officers as well as DA Civilians who are required to
