S1NET Message Summary - 9/12/2024

1. FM 1-0 HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT - WORLD-WIDE STAFFING. From COL Chesley D. Thigpen, Chief, AG Corps: We are excited to announce the revision of our warfighting doctrinal publication FM 1-0 Human Resources Support.  The recent release of FM 3-0 and FM 4-0 are driving significant changes to how our Army operates and sustains the fight.  FM 1-0 provides HR professionals, Commanders, and staffs an understanding of the fundamental principles, tactics, and procedures for HR support. The latest version of FM 1-0 will describe how HR organizations at echelon, ASCC, Corps, and Division G-1/AG sections, and Battalion or Brigade S-1 sections, employ for the conduct of operations and train for those operations.  It will incorporate lessons learned, force structure changes, and changes in the operational environment associated with the delivery of HR support. As such, the final draft before publication is now released worldwide for review and comment.  We at the AG Proponent are asking all AG and HR professionals to review our doctrinal publication with a critical eye and focus on the future to the anticipated challenges of providing human resources support during Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). Please provide more than just a cursory review, levy your collective subject matter expertise. Visit the following link for instructions.
