1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 09 Dec 26.


2. Policy:

a.  Selection boards will convene on or about 19 Feb 26 to consider eligible Warrant Officers on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to CW3, CW4 and CW5. The boards will recess on or about 13 Mar 26. Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of this PSB to consider CW2s, CW3s, and CW4s two or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of these boards. Officers eligible for promotion consideration have the following Active Grade Entry Date (GED):
