1. FORCE HEALTH PROTECTION GUIDANCE (SUPPLEMENT 23) - DEPARTMENT OF
DEFENSE GUIDANCE FOR CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 VACCINATION ATTESTATION
AND SCREENING TESTING FOR UNVACCINATED PERSONNEL, 7 SEP 21. This
memorandum provides guidance for implementing additional force health
protection and workplace safety measures directed by the White House
Safer Federal Workforce Task Force to reduce the transmission of the
virus that causes the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). In accordance
with reference (a), this memo, attestation of an individual's status as
fully vaccinated or presentation of a recent negative COVID-19 test is a
condition of physical access to DoD buildings and DoD-leased spaces in
non-DoD buildings in which official DoD business takes place (referred
to jointly in this memorandum as "DoD facilities"). These additional
measures are necessary to continue protecting the health of all DoD
personnel, the communities we live and work in, and to preserve total
force readiness.

2. IPPS-A HR SUMMIT: FORT BRAGG, 15-16 SEPTEMBER. In support of the
Army-wide effort to train and implement the IPPS-A system, the Fort
Bragg Senior Commander will host an in-person HR Transformation Summit
on 15 and 16 September 2021. The HQDA IPPS-A team will deliver the HR
Summit to various stakeholders to prepare the Fort Bragg AOR for IPPS-A
